VENDORS 


New Vendor Requests will be accepted beginning July 1, 2017 .  Previous vendors have priority over new vendors until July 1.  Email us if you are interested in being a vendor at our August Sale. 

Hugs & Kisses is glad to include vendors in our sales.  This is a great opportunity to promote your business at a reasonable price.  Below are some things you should know prior to becoming a vendor.

*Most shoppers will be mothers and grandmothers.

*Some shoppers will have children with them.  Consider this regarding unattended tables.

*Due to our current agreement with the Crown Center, food vendors are not allowed.  Pre-packed food only (spices, candy, etc).

*Vendors must have their own general liability insurance naming Hugs & Kisses Consignment Sale, LLC and the Cumberland County Crown Center and Cumberland County Civic Center Commission as additional insured.  No exceptions.

*Vendors with merchandise inappropriate/offensive to children will not be allowed.  This doesn't mean your business/organization has to target children.  However, anything perceived to be offensive to them will not be permitted.

*No two separate vendors representing the same company, organization, etc. will be allowed.  (i.e. Only one Avon sales representative, only one Pampered Chef, etc.)

*Vendors may supply their own tables and chairs, or they can rent them from H&K.  See application form for table and chair rental.  If electricity is required, the Crown Expo Center charges a fee ($30).

*Setup for Vendors is Monday, August 7, from 2pm-4pm.

*Vendor tables must be removed at or before Friday, August 11, at 6pm  (this is when the doors close for the sale on the last day). 

*There will be a table available for free information, brochures, flyers, etc.  You do not need to be a vendor to put this information on this table; nor do you need to contact us.  Just bring in your flyers, business cards, etc.  However, all information that remains on these tables will be discarded after Friday, August  @ 6pm.

If you would like to receive a Vendor Agreement with more details and pricing, please send an email with the word VENDOR in the subject line.  In the email, include your name and business, organization, website, etc.  A reply will be sent with a Vendor Agreement attachment.
