We welcome your questions and we look forward to helping you. If after first searching the website and you still have a question, please do not hesitate to contact us. We realize that consigning may be new to you, so we will be glad to answer any of your questions. However, we do ask that you search the website before contacting us.
Please know that the most convenient way for us to respond is by email. So email us your question(s) and we'll get back to you. Also, please include your phone number. Sometimes it may be easier to respond to a question by phone. If that's the case, we'll call you. Now during the actual sale, another option is to message us privately on Facebook. We have someone who moderates our Facebook page and they will personally receive the emails during the sale. If they cannot answer your question, they will contact us at the Expo Center.
Finally, emails that contain information that is no longer pertinent, will be ignored (for example - a question about the private sale after the private sale is over will be ignored.) However, occasionally we have time to respond to emails...but sometimes it's very late though. So try to get all of your questions in before drop-off begins!
